1. Deck Composition

1.1 Deck Size Limit

A player's deck must consist of exactly 32 cards.

1.2 Duplicate Limit

Each deck can include a maximum of 3 copies of any individual card type.  Two cards are considered duplicates if they share the same spell name (see fig. 1.2.1), regardless of other differences (e.g. alternate artwork, or special editions).

1.3 Duplicate Limit Exceptions

Some cards may have a custom duplicate limit, indicated on the card using the keyword "Max", please see 7.1.
